Need steel and concrete quantities for your building? I prepare clear rebar and concrete quantity takeoffs from your structural drawings, backed by 25+ years of construction and estimation experience.
What you receive:
- Steel per element: bar diameter, number of bars, length with laps/hooks allowance, weight in kg/tons
- Total steel weight per diameter (8, 10, 12, 16 mm...)
- Concrete volume per element (m3)
- Excel sheet + PDF summary
Packages:
- Basic: 1 element type on 1 level (e.g. footings only)
- Standard: all elements of foundation OR one floor (columns, beams, slab, stairs)
- Premium: full G+1 villa: foundation, ground floor, first floor and roof
Villa size: up to 1,160 m2 total built-up area (about 12,500 sq ft). Basement, retaining walls, pools and boundary walls are quoted separately. Extra floor (G+2): message me for a custom offer.
Important: these are estimated quantities for tendering, budgeting and material ordering. Not a bar bending schedule; cut lengths and bend deductions are not included. No structural design checking or material pricing.

Is this a bar bending schedule (BBS)?
No. It is a quantity estimate of steel weight and concrete volume for tendering, budgeting and ordering. Cut lengths, shape codes and bend deductions for fabrication are not included.
My villa has a basement or 3 floors. Can you do it?
Yes. Premium covers foundation, ground, first floor and roof up to 1,160 m2. For a basement, extra floor or larger building, send your drawings and I will send a custom offer.
