I coach runners, triathletes, and everyday athletes through personalized training plans, strength programs, and structured endurance coaching. Before founding Age Grouper Endurance, I served as President of the Oakland Triathlon Club (2 years) and spent 3 years on the board supporting community outreach, athlete development, and inclusive training programs for youth and adults. I worked with Tri-California Events on athlete ambassadorship, social media, and designing run and bike courses for their Alcatraz Triathlon. I also supported endurance community engagement at CLIF Bar at Spartan, Ironman, Western States 100, CIM, and more. I’ve raced Escape from Alcatraz five times, completed multiple Ironman 70.3 races, and coached athletes from their first 5K to 50-mile ultras as well as lunchtime and after‑work bootcamps. My philosophy: great coaching shouldn’t be reserved for pros — every athlete deserves structure, support, and a plan that fits real life.
