Will the bot reply automatically or wait for manager approval?
Both modes are available. By default I set up draft mode — the agent prepares replies and the manager sends them. Autonomous mode is also possible.
Can I update the bot's responses after delivery?
Yes, through the admin panel you can edit templates and scenarios yourself without a developer.
