FAQ
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. You pay Google directly for your ad spend. The package price covers our management only.
What if I spend less than $10k a month on ads?
Start with the free audit. It works at any spend level and gives you a clear plan you can run yourself or with us later.
Do you write the ads?
Yes. We write the search ads, sitelinks and PMax asset groups using your existing images and video. If you need new video or creative produced, we can quote it separately.
How will you access my account?
We send a link request from our Google Ads manager account and you approve it, plus a user invite to Merchant Center. We never need your password, and you can remove our access at any time.
How do you measure success?
On total store revenue and new customers, with brand and non-brand reported separately. Brand searches often make an account look healthier than it is, so we judge growth on what the rest of the budget brings in.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Management runs month to month. Most clients stay for years because the results justify it.
