Every answer names the document and the passage it came from, so you can check it in one click.
Upload your manuals, policies, price lists and FAQs - PDF, Word, text or Markdown. Ask a question in plain English. Get an answer with its sources attached.
You own it. It runs on your own machine or in your own hosting account. Your documents never sit on my servers. There is no subscription - you pay once.
WHAT YOU GET
PRIVATE - a chatbot for your own documents, running on your machine. Up to 50 files.
BUSINESS - the same chatbot live on your website, answering visitors. It also reads your site's own pages and keeps itself current when they change. Unlimited files.
PLATFORM - adds multiple separate knowledge bases, API access, your own branding with no attribution, and the full source code to keep.
WHAT YOU NEED
A free Google AI Studio API key - two minutes, guide with screenshots included. Business and Platform also need a free Vercel account. That is all. No monthly fees, no other subscriptions.

Do I need to create any accounts, or pay a monthly fee?
No subscription - you pay once and it is yours. You will need a free Google AI Studio API key, which takes about two minutes and comes with a step-by-step guide. Business and Platform also use a free Vercel account to put it online.
Where do my documents live? Can you see them?
No. Your documents stay on your machine, or in your own hosting account on the Business and Platform packages. Nothing is stored on my servers, and I have no access to your knowledge base once it is delivered.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so, instead of guessing. Answers are built only from your own documents, and every one shows the file and passage it came from, so you can click through and check it yourself in a second.
What files can I upload, and how many?
PDF, Word (.docx), plain text and Markdown. The Private package covers up to 50 documents. Business and Platform are unlimited, and can also read your website's own pages directly.
Will the chat widget work on my website?
It is one line of code, so it works on WordPress and on any site where you can add HTML. Sites built entirely in JavaScript may not be readable by the website crawler - send me your URL before ordering and I will check it for free.
Can I add or change documents later, by myself?
Yes. You upload, delete and re-crawl from your own admin screen whenever you like - no developer needed, and nothing to pay me for. On Business and Platform you can re-read your website any time your pages change.
What do you need from me to get started?
The documents you want it to answer from, and your website address if you are on Business or Platform. Have your files to hand when you order - the delivery clock starts when you submit them, so the sooner I have them, the sooner you are live.
