I help UK-based founders, charities and community organisations prepare clear, professionally structured documentation for their projects. My work includes CIO constitutions, charitable objects, CIC36 community-interest statements and formation-related documentation. I review proposed activities, clarify community benefits and beneficiaries, structure governance information, and prepare documents that clearly communicate an organisation’s purpose and intended impact.
