I worked with Hemmingway and Partners to set up their phone system with Twilio integration. As part of the project, I provisioned two Yealink desk phones and a DECT system, configured the SIP trunk, and set up outbound calling rules. I also built their digital receptionist (IVR) and voicemail system to ensure calls were routed properly and messages were captured without issues.

I assisted Tracey Shadely (the owner of OrganizeAtoZ) to redesign and optimize her Squarespace website so it becomes more appealing to the customers. I fixed the site navigation I did site indexing (with Googke Search Console) I set up a new store page I fix the content layout
