What is server-side tracking and why do I need it?
Server-side tracking sends conversion data from your server directly to OpenAI instead of relying only on the browser. This avoids data loss from ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or slow page loads, giving you more accurate campaign data.
What access do I need to provide?
Access to your OpenAI Ads Manager (to get your Pixel ID and generate an API key), your Google Tag Manager account, and either website/CMS access or the ability to add a small code snippet to your site.
Is this a one-time cost or ongoing?
One-time setup fee, no recurring charge from me. Note: if your setup uses server-side GTM hosting (commonly through a provider like Stape.io), that hosting has its own separate cost billed by that provider, not by me — I'll flag this upfront if your package needs it.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes — I follow up after launch to make sure everything is firing correctly.
Can you also help my site show up in ChatGPT/AI search results?
Yes — that's included as a bonus check in the Premium package, and available as a separate service too.
