Basic: one clearly scoped bug, up to 1 hour.
Standard: scoped bug fixes or a small update, up to 2 hours.
Premium: investigation and fixes for complex issues, up to 3 hours.
Time includes setup, analysis, implementation and testing. If a full fix is not possible within the booked time, you receive my findings, any completed code changes and concrete next steps. A complete fix is not guaranteed. Extra work needs your approval.
Each package includes source code changes, a delivery summary and one revision within the agreed scope.

Is a complete bug fix guaranteed?
Packages cover up to 1, 2 or 3 hours, including setup, analysis, coding and tests. If a full fix is not possible in that time, I deliver findings, completed changes and concrete next steps. Please contact me before ordering so we can assess the issue and agree the scope.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision covers corrections to the delivered work within the original scope. New bugs, features or larger upgrades require a separate agreement. Additional work is only done after your approval.
