Waste of money. Paid for press release to 400 locations and ended up with one google indexed PR on presswire. could have done that myself.

Simply waste of money. A press release that does not reach google news or any meaningful news site, nor gets indexed by more than a few negligible websites serves no value. Gig is not just a legal binding contract. It's also about value creation. There was none.

Press release distribution to major media: 650 placements of which many are bogus sites - not searchable and not accessible (listed in the press release distribution report). Basically mostly to GlobeNewswire (85%) which can be done manually and free. Coverage thus was very narrow, unfortunatelly. Why not to make really good distribution?
