How long should my video be?
It depends on what kind of message you want to deliver, and where you want to publish it. If you want to introduce product or service then 30 to 60 second will be better. But if you want to explain about it i recommend keeping the video between 60 to 90 seconds.
Do you shoot ads?
No, We make commercial from the premium stock footage library.
Do you offer a discount for returning clients?
Yes if you have done 3 or more project with us. Discounts are available for bulk order too. Feel free to contact us for more info.
Do you have voiceover options?
Yes. we will provide voice per project need.
How does your revisions policy works?
If you did not like something that we did or came up with, We will revise it at no charge. If you ask for a revision for new idea that wasn't shown on the details you provided there or revison on script or voiceover. This incur extra charges.

Rimuss started off responsive, completed the first part of the video, and quickly confirmed my revision requests, including added details for an extra fee which I approved. He said the update would take less than a day. After that, communication dropped....
