What if I don't have a sketch, just an idea?
No problem! Just describe your idea in words or send a reference image from the internet. I will create the flat sketch for you (this may add a small extra fee depending on complexity)
Can you replicate an existing garment?
Absolutely. I specialize in same-to-same replication. Send me clear front/back photos and any label details, and I will handle the rest.
What format will you deliver the tech pack?
I deliver in industry-standard formats: PDF, PNG/JPEG. Let me know your preference.
Your pricing doesn't show any revisions. Don't you offer revisions?
Yes. Basic & Standard include free minor revisions within 24 hours; major changes may incur an extra fee. For Premium, after your final approval of the tech pack, pattern, and raw materials, we will proceed with sampling and update you at every stage before DHL shipment.
Will there be shrinkage in the pattern?
Yes. The pattern will include the required shrinkage allowance based on the fabric's wash and shrinkage properties (if you have them).
Can you handle shrinkage adjustments for distressed denim garments?
Absolutely. I include shrinkage allowance in the pattern based on the fabric. However, a shrinkage declaration requires full size-set garment testing using the buyer's selected fabric (if buyer doesn't have the fabrics physical shrinkage data), which is an additional service and incurs an extra fee.
Is the DHL Express shipping cost include in the Premium package?
Yes, standard global shipping for a single garment (up to 0.9kg/2lb) via DHL Express with a tracking number is fully included in the Premium pricing. For heavy outerwear or multiple samples, please contact me for a custom quote. (Excluding the fee for VAT, Customs, or Zone Taxes)
Is the embellishment cost included in the Premium package?
No. The Premium package does not include embellishment costs. Any embroidery, printing, rhinestones, studs, metal stones, patches, or any other expensive trims/materials are charged separately based on your design requirements.
