Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, I have a refund policy in the following situation: if you don’t like the first concept without asking for any additional new designs, I can proceed with a mutual cancellation and you will be refunded. Else, if you request changes to the concept, I can’t offer a refund.
How fast can you deliver?
Well, If you get me online and on the working desk, I will deliver within 24 hours. But not 100% guaranteed. I will try my best to deliver fast.
Can you design logos for all industries?
Yes, I can design logos for all industries.
How many concepts will I receive for my logo?
Depends on which package you choose. The basic package includes 1 concept, the standard package includes 2 concepts, and the Premium package includes 3 concepts.
How many revisions can I request?
You can request unlimited revisions.
