If your ESP32 project is working on a dev kit and breadboard, I can turn it into a real, compact board thats ready to manufacture. I design custom boards around the ESP32, ESP32-S3 and ESP32-C3 for smart home devices, sensors, wearables, controllers and anything else that needs WiFi or Bluetooth.
I handle the parts that usually cause trouble: a clean 3.3V supply, USB-C for programming, LiPo battery charging, low sleep current and keeping the antenna area clear so your wireless range stays strong. You tell me which sensors, displays, relays or connectors you need, and I place them to suit your enclosure.
When the design is done, youll receive the schematic, PCB layout, Gerber files, BOM and pick-and-place file, ready for assembly at JLCPCB or PCBWay, plus a 3D model in Standard and Premium.

Module or bare chip?
Modules by default, as they’re pre-certified for WiFi and easier to build. Bare chip is available as an extra.
Can you make it run on battery for months?
I design for low sleep current. Real battery life also depends on your firmware.
Do you write the firmware?
Only simple test firmware as an extra. Full firmware is a separate job.
Can you fit it in my enclosure?
Yes. Send the STEP file or dimensions.
