Risako was kind and professional and handled my reservation requests with confidence and resourcefulness. I purchased a five-call package. She was very on-the-ball and was able to make my calls quickly. She also patiently gave me leeway on the project timing and remained available during my vacation...

Helped me with a restaurant reservation swiftly and beautifully. Even went as far as giving me the translated menu options I'd need to know ahead of time, and instructions on what to say when first walking into the restaurant. Would absolutely recommend, and would request services again in the future.
