What information do I need to provide to get started?
Just tell me what process you want documented, who will be using it, and any tools or software involved. If you have existing notes, a voice memo, or even a rough draft, send it over. I'll handle the rest. No need to have everything figured out before ordering.
What industries do you work with?
I work with small businesses, startups, and agencies across most industries, including e-commerce, professional services, hospitality, sales teams, and tech companies. If your business has a process that needs documenting, I can build the SOP for it.
What format will my SOPs be delivered in?
All documents are delivered as professionally formatted PDFs and editable Word or Google Docs files, so your team can use them immediately and update them as your business grows. Flowcharts are included as image files you can embed anywhere.
How many revisions are included?
Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions. My goal is to get it right, if something doesn't match your process or needs adjusting after you review it, just let me know and I'll fix it promptly.
I have never hired someone for SOPs before. How does this work?
Most of my clients haven't either. Message me before ordering and I'll send you a free sample SOP so you can see exactly what you're getting. Once you're happy, we pick the right package, I ask you a few questions a few questions about your process, and deliver your finished documentation.
