FAQ
What do I need to send you to get started?
You should send your multitrack stems (dry, without effects like heavy reverb or delay on the individual tracks) in WAV format (24-bit/44.1kHz or higher). Make sure all tracks start at the exact same point (zero). Please also include a rough mix (reference) and tell me the BPM and key of the song.
What plugin or DAW setup do you use?
I work completely "in-the-box" using industry-standard digital tools and top-tier analog-emulation plugins (like FabFilter and Waves) to achieve that warm, punchy, and authentic classic Hip Hop sound.
Do you include mastering in this gig?
No, this gig is focused strictly on mixing (balancing levels, EQ, compression, saturation, and spatial effects). The tracks will be delivered pre-mastered and ready for your mastering engineer (or for you to master).
What if I need revisions?
Every package includes a set number of revisions (depending on the tier you choose). My goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with the final sound. Additional revisions can also be purchased as an extra.
Can you tune my vocals?
Light pitch correction and timing alignment are included in the Standard and Premium packages to ensure the vocals sit tight and professional in the mix.
