What do I need to send you?
Please send your Excel file and a short note on what is wrong or what you want the sheet to do. For a new template, tell me the columns and rules you need.
Do you work with macros or VBA?
No. I work with formulas and standard Excel features such as dropdowns, data validation and conditional formatting. Please message me first if you need macros.
Can you explain what was wrong with my formula?
Yes. Along with the fixed file, I send a short note explaining what was wrong and what I changed, so you can avoid the same error next time.
Which Excel versions and Google Sheets can you work with?
I deliver .xlsx files that work in modern Excel. Some newer functions may not work in very old versions, so tell me which version you use when you order.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I use your files only for your order and never share them. If possible, remove sensitive details like bank or ID numbers before sending.
