What is a RAG chatbot?
RAG means the bot searches your own documents first and answers from what it finds instead of guessing. It keeps answers accurate and lets it show the source.
What can I train it on?
PDFs, Word files, text, CSV, website pages and many databases. Scanned documents can be handled with OCR; mention it before ordering.
Can my data stay private?
Yes. The Private AI Assistant runs on your own server with an open model through Ollama or vLLM, so documents never go to an outside AI provider.
What happens when it does not know an answer?
It says so and offers a handoff, such as collecting the visitor's details for your team, rather than making something up.
Does the chatbot work on WordPress or Shopify?
