What do I need to provide?
2-3 sample documents and a list of the fields you need (for example invoice number, date, total). If documents vary a lot, send one example of each type.
How accurate is the extraction?
Typed documents usually reach 95%+ field accuracy. Handwritten or low-quality scans vary, so I test on your samples first and tell you the expected accuracy before you order.
Can it handle my language?
Yes. I work with English, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, French and most languages supported by modern OCR and vision models.
Can you connect it to my system?
Yes. The Premium package includes an API or web app, and I can send results to Google Sheets, Excel, a database, or tools like Zapier and n8n.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your documents are used only for your project and deleted after delivery. I can also run everything on your own server with no third-party APIs.

Con la idea que iniciamos se transformó en un nuevo proyecto, pero el proyecto funciono para demostrar el potencial de la tecnología en el proceso. A pesar de que el entregable cambio de un api con modelo a solo un modelo para celular, nos fue muy útil. Tal vez el único detalle es de los tiempos de sincronización, pero es algo menor.
