Please send the catering quotes, proposals, menus, pricing guides, or packages you would like compared. PDF files are preferred, but clear images or other readable documents are also accepted.
What information will you compare?
Depending on the documents provided, I can compare package pricing, per-person costs, food and beverage minimums, menu options, staffing, bar packages, rentals, service charges, gratuity information, taxes, delivery fees, deposits, payment schedules, add-ons, and other stated details.
Can you compare caterers that price their services differently?
Yes! That's one of the main purposes of VowReview. I'll organize the information into a consistent format so that per-person packages, minimum spends, staffing charges, rentals, and other costs are easier to compare.
Will you calculate the estimated total cost?
When the documents provide enough information, I can create a comparable cost snapshot based on your guest count and the stated pricing. Estimates are for comparison purposes only and may not represent the caterer's final invoice.
Can you identify additional fees?
I'll identify additional charges and fees stated in the documents you provide. I'll also flag important pricing information that appears missing or unclear. I cannot guarantee that a caterer has disclosed every possible charge.
