I will:

• Meet with you to define the target population, business questions, and interview goals
• Create participant recruitment screener
• Create interview question guide / stimuli
• Review interview materials with you for feedback
• Screen / recruit participants
• Complete the interviews
• Deliver a presentation on the synthesized findings and recommendations
• Provide report of the findings and the interview recordings

*if participants are particularly difficult to recruit, I may use a vendor which will increase costs
