About me
I'm a qualified coach, consultant and trainer. I help clients develop a joined-up approach to strategy which uses all the drivers for success. Most of my work is with senior executives and fast-track leaders, working on either personal leadership development or strategies for corporate improvement.
I have 2 decades of experience as a senior leader in the UK National Health Service, and have led pioneering work in community development. I'm qualified as an executive coach (ILM 7 diploma), Myers-Briggs Certified Practitioner, Strength Deployment Inventory coach and Mental Health First Aider.
