About this Gig
I'm a professional musician with a great ear, and have loads of experience in creating sheet music from recordings and original work. I've followed a proper jazz & pop music education, and have done extra courses in composing and arranging for all kinds of ensembles. I'd love to put these skills to good use for you.
All transcriptions are done by hand, so you won't receive any ugly, generated parts from me. I take extra care in making sure everything is legible for the performers.
The basic gig includes either a lead sheet for any song, including a chord chart and vocal melody, or a transcription of a single instrument from any type of recording, this doesn't have to be a solo recording!!
The standard gig is for any section type work, so horn sections, string sections, backing vocals or choirs. Please note that larger ensembles can contain multiple sections.
The premium gig includes a full song, with transcriptions for all instruments. If you need anything for a band transcribed, let me know if you need note-by-note parts or chord sheets with important rhythms, accents and melodies written out.
For longer recordings, or if you need anything special, just send me a message.

Can you transcribe tabs?
Yes, but be aware that I only master bass and ukulele as an instrumentalist. I will try my best when transcribing for other instruments like guitars and mandolines, but be aware that the transcription might not be the best way to play things.
What kind of files can I expect from you?
I will send you everything in PDF, and will credit myself as transcriber in your sheet music. Any additional credits you'd like, will be added as well.
What do you need from me?
I would like you to send a high quality recording of your song, if available. This can be a mp3 or youtube video.
Can you create parts for an ensemble that's different from the recording?
Definitely, as long as they're not too different. Any type of section can be arranged for a different section, and condensing multiple parts to single instruments is also possible to a certain degree.
