Do I need to purchase software?
Not necessarily. I will first look for solutions using tools you already have. If your automation requires paid third-party software or a subscription, I will discuss it with you before implementation. Any approved software costs are paid by the client.

What information will you need from me?
After ordering, I will ask about your business, current workflow, software, repetitive tasks, and goals. You may also provide relevant documents or examples through Fiverr. Never send passwords, banking login credentials, or other sensitive login information.
