Will the file be ready for my specific printer?
Yes. Tell me if you're printing FDM or resin and I'll set wall thickness, orientation and supports for it.
Can you fix a file that's completely broken or corrupted?
In most cases, yes. Send it over before you order and I'll check it so there are no surprises.
Do I get the source file, not just the STL?
Yes on Premium. It's available as an add-on on Basic and Standard if you need it.
Can you reverse-engineer a model from a 3D scan or photos?
Yes. Send the scan data or reference photos and I'll rebuild it into a clean, printable model.
