About me
I'm a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and NICET-certified fire protection specialist. I design fire sprinkler systems for residential, multifamily, and commercial projects under NFPA 13, 13R, and 13D, including full hydraulic calculations and PE-stamped, permit-ready drawings. I also review and correct rejected sprinkler plans so they pass AHJ resubmission. Every project is stamped by me directly, so there's no separate reviewer needed before you submit for permit.
