I will reverse engineer, clone pcb from image, board to gerber and schematic
Expert Electronics Engineer and PCB Reverse Engineering Specialist
About this Gig
Are you looking to clone, update, or recover an obsolete circuit board? I provide expert PCB reverse engineering services to convert physical PCBs, high-resolution photos, or track layouts into complete manufacturing-ready files.
What I Need From You:
Clear high-resolution photos (top & bottom views)
Or the physical PCB shipped to me (for complex boards)
Details on known component part numbers (if visible)
What You Will Receive:
Complete Schematic Diagram (PDF / Native CAD format)
Production-Ready Gerber Files & NC Drill data
Comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) with supplier links
3D STEP Model of the assembly (upon request)
Supported Software:
Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle CAD, and EasyEDA.
Whether it is a simple 1-layer board or a complex multi-layer system, I trace every track, footprint, and connection with microscopic accuracy to ensure flawless manufacturing and production compatibility.

FAQ
Do I need to ship the physical board to you, or can you work from photos?
For simple 1 or 2-layer boards with clearly visible traces, high-resolution photos of both sides are usually enough. However, for multi-layer PCBs (4+ layers) or boards with blind/buried vias and hidden traces under large components, you will need to ship the physical board to me.
Can you reverse engineer a PCB if some components are scraped off or damaged?
Yes, in most cases. If a component is missing, burned, or has its part number erased, I can analyze the surrounding circuit architecture and pinouts to deduce its functional purpose. Please contact me first to assess the damage.
What files will I receive at the end of the project?
You will receive industry-standard production files, including manufacturing-ready Gerber files (RS-274X or X2), NC Drill files, a complete schematic diagram (PDF and native CAD format), and a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) Excel sheet.
Which EDA/ECAD software tools do you use for delivery?
I primarily design using Altium Designer and KiCad. If your project requires delivery in Eagle CAD or EasyEDA, please specify your preference before we begin the order so I can set up the project workspace accordingly.
