I am a person who has been obese, who had anemia and could not even run the first 3 steps (no way, no run) lack of oxigen, was going down BUT this is how I was built.. from 3 steps to 4 to 10 steps running... and now more than 10 miles and 26miles as an exercise every day feels like just a exercise of 2 hours. However, it takes the courage to start!
