Robert was very professional and delivered on time. For such a big project, I would have appreciated more time, patience, and a live document to review each chapter together, perhaps one per day. I personally love collaborative work, reader feedback, and suggestions on what to improve, add, or remove. Overall, a very good experience!

I should receive a refund because I paid for more than what I got. He was paid $50.00 for less than 6,000 words. Instead of him waiting until I was finished with my work, he kept pressuring me.
