Standard packages are designed for already assembled bacterial genomes, typically provided in FASTA format.

Raw sequencing reads, large genome collections, specialized phylogenomic analyses or custom workflows are not automatically included. Please contact me before ordering if your project requires these analyses.

Every project is evaluated according to its biological question rather than processed through a generic workflow.
