I address customers' concerns and I help them understand the system they are using. The communication is usually via text chat but there are also meetings or communication over email. . I speak to customers and I get to understand their frustration or the issues they are facing. Also I learnt to write in a manner that helps people understand tech situations in the easiest way possible.
