About this Gig
Podcast notes (show notes) provide a written summary of your podcast episode. Don't worry about the number of orders in the queue, I can start on your podcast notes today.
It gives your podcast website visitors the information about your episode at a glance without overwhelming them with a transcript. Shownotes might include topics discussed, summaries, key points (quotes), resources and outside links.
I'll listen to, and create shownotes for your podcast episodes, up to 90 minutes.
Current Rate: 1 gig ($5) = up to 90 minutes of podcast audio
Expected Output: 300 words (from up to 90 minutes of audio)
If you have more than one podcast episode for my to write show notes, order 1 gig per episode.
Show notes include:
- a quick summary of your podcast episode with bio about your guest (if applicable)
- key points and important information
- relevant links (URLs), mentions of tools or books
- timestamps referencing specific moments
- a full transcript of your episode
I can provide samples of my notes upon request or conform to your existing podcast show notes template.

What are podcast SEO show notes?
Podcast show notes are the notes, bullet points, or summary I take when listening to your podcast episode. This is not a transcript.
What price do you charge?
My rate is $5 for up to 20 minutes of your podcast. I'll listen to your episode(s) and write notes (important talking points, URLs, etc.) based on what I hear. If you have additional minutes, please purchase $5 per 20 minute block of time.
What audio formats do you prefer?
You can attach a WAV or MP3 file with your order, send via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer... or provide a YouTube link or link to the podcast episode itself.
Can you provide timestamps (i.e. 03:45) along with your notes?
I provide podcast show notes with timestamps referencing important moments.
Do you provide any packages for large projects?
Yes, I love larger projects the rate is $5 per episode up to 90 minutes each. Send me a message and I'll send you a custom offer.
Do you use ChatGPT to write the podcast notes?
Yes, full disclosure, I do use ChatGPT to write the initial notes, I have the paid version, and I will manually review the output to further enhance and give you the best podcast show notes possible for the price.
