Do I need to provide my own content and images?
It helps, but it's not required. If you don't have content ready, I can guide you on what's needed or help source stock images and placeholder text you can update later.
Will I be able to edit the website myself after it's delivered?
Yes. I build using Elementor, which lets you edit text, images, and sections yourself without touching code.
Do you provide hosting or a domain?
No, hosting and domain are not included, but I can guide you on the best options and set everything up once you have them.
What if I need a feature that isn't listed in the packages?
Just message me before ordering. Most custom requests (extra pages, special integrations, membership areas, etc.) can be added as a paid extra.
How many revisions do I get, and what happens if I need more?
Each package includes unlimited revisions. If you need additional rounds beyond that, I offer them at a small extra cost per round.
Do you build on a staging site first, or directly on my live site?
For redesigns of an existing site, I build on a staging/test version first so your live site isn't affected until everything is approved.
What's your refund policy if I'm not satisfied?
I work through revisions with you until the site matches what we agreed on. If the scope was met but you're still unhappy, we can discuss a partial refund based on work completed — this is handled case by case through Fiverr's resolution process.
Do you offer support after the project is delivered?
Yes, I offer a short support window after delivery for bugs or issues related to the original build. New features or major changes are handled as a new order.
