I deploy Ollama and Open WebUI on one compatible Linux machine for local chat and document Q&A.
All packages include one local model, browser chat, hardware review, cloud AI connections and web search disabled, an agreed offline test after setup downloads, configuration files and written instructions.
Standard adds local retrieval and embeddings for one collection: up to 20 text-based PDF, TXT or Markdown files, 100 PDF pages and 200,000 extracted characters total.
Premium adds up to 5 accounts sharing that collection, HTTPS on your existing private network, a backup restore test and admin instructions.
Customer content is not sent to external AI providers in the configured workflow. Setup downloads and agreed remote access may need internet.
Hardware, hosting, paid licenses, fine-tuning, scanned-document OCR and custom agents are excluded. Speed and quality depend on your hardware and model.

FAQ
Will my data be sent to cloud AI providers?
Configured chat and document Q&A use local models and local embeddings. Cloud AI connections and web search are disabled. Setup downloads and agreed remote access may need internet. I include an agreed offline test; this is not an independent security audit.
Do you need access to my confidential documents?
We can test with synthetic or redacted files. You can import confidential documents yourself afterward. Access to your machine is agreed in advance. Please do not send confidential documents, passwords or private keys in your initial inquiry.
What hardware do I need?
Send your Linux version, CPU, RAM, GPU model, VRAM and free disk space before ordering. I recommend a model that fits your machine. CPU-only use may be possible, with hardware-dependent speed. Hardware, hosting and paid licenses are not included.
Can the assistant run without internet?
After downloading the software and models, I test agreed local workflows with external network access blocked. Installation inside an already air-gapped network needs a custom offer. Online search, cloud models and external integrations are excluded.
What documents are included?
Standard and Premium cover one collection: up to 20 text-based PDF, TXT or Markdown files, with combined limits of 100 PDF pages and 200,000 extracted characters. Scans, handwriting, complex table extraction and ongoing document ingestion are excluded.
Will it match leading cloud AI tools?
Capabilities and speed depend on your hardware and the selected model. I test agreed use cases and explain limitations. I do not guarantee a match to leading cloud models, perfect answers or a fixed response speed.
What does the team package include?
Premium includes up to 5 accounts sharing one collection on your existing private network, HTTPS, a backup restore test and admin instructions. Account count is not a concurrency guarantee. Department-level access rules, SSO, VPN deployment and high availability need a custom offer.
How do delivery, support and revisions work?
Remote delivery only, with Fiverr text messages and written guides. No on-site visits, phone or video calls. Basic/Standard include 1 revision; Premium includes 2, within agreed scope. All include 7 days of written setup support after delivery. New features and ongoing administration cost extra.
