What does each package cover?
Basic: one UI, build or simple config bug in one app. Standard: one existing login/session, form-to-database or API flow with one backend in staging. Premium: up to 3 related defects in one workflow/component and one existing deployment target.
What will I receive?
The agreed source changes, focused test evidence and change notes. Standard includes rollback notes. Premium includes regression checks and a handoff. The acceptance test is agreed before ordering; this is a repair service, not an open-ended audit.
What is excluded?
New features, full rewrites, payment work, migrations, new authentication providers, access-control redesign, penetration testing, compliance/security audits and launch guarantees are excluded. Hosting, API usage and other third-party fees are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects delivered work against the original scope and acceptance test. New features, unrelated bugs, changed requirements and additional apps/integrations need separate scope. Basic and Standard include 1 revision; Premium includes 2.
How should I share access?
Use a test/staging environment and limited-access invitations where possible. Remove passwords, tokens and personal data from screenshots and files. Configure credentials in your own environment. Never send passwords or secret/API keys in chat.
