What are the basic requirements for my website?
Your website must be created with a top level domain (eg www.mywebsite.com/org/it etc) and not with a second level domain (eg www.mywebsite.wordpress.com). No matter the type of hosting plan, the second fundamental requirement is Wordpress.org. No squarespace, wix, wordpress.com etc.
What information should I give you for my website?
I need login details and any links to install your extra licenses on your website. Don't worry: I only need your data to build your website, I will never share it.
When do I need an extra license? In what case?
You need annual licenses of Elementor Pro, Kadence Pro or extra plugins only in case you have special needs and need a precise construction: for example to insert a booking form with days and times, import your personal icons or for total control over design. If not, I will only use free services.
Will you write the legal pages yourself for me?
No, I'm sorry, I'm not a lawyer and I don't have the skills. I take care of inserting only the ready-made texts in the appropriate sections. I recommend that you contact a professional in the sector for the drafting of the following mandatory main pages: Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions.
Do you transfer a website from one domain to another?
No, I'm sorry - I don't have any technical skills on developing websites with Wordpress. For any problem, I recommend that you contact a technical professional before proceeding with the customization of your website. I ONLY take care of the design of your website and I add your content.
Where can I send you the info and images you need to upload to my site?
At the end of the purchase process you can attach all the main texts, you can send the images in the purchase chat. Don't worry, I will not disclose your sensitive data. I will only post them on your website.
Do you transfer my website from my current theme to Kadence?
I have no expertise in this. I recommend you to make a backup first and ask a developer for help for this. I will insert all your content, take care of the design of your site and I will make your website the way you want it.
Why extra Elementor Pro, Kadence Pro, licenses or paid themes are not included in your packs?
Licenses and purchases of Elementor Pro, Kadence Pro etc are NEVER included because they must be in the customer's name and you must buy them separately from your pack. It's the law and we must respect it, I'm honest!
Can I choose between Elementor or Gutenberg builder?
Yes, of course. You can choose which builder your site is built according to your needs, you can continue to edit your website in the future without code skills, don't worry. I basically use Free Elementor or Free Kadence Blocks.
What happens if I decide not to renew my Elementor Pro or Kadence Pro subscription after the annual term ends?
Don't worry, if you decide to purchase an yearly license for Elementor / Kadence Pro and at the end of the expiration you decide not to renew it your website will remain intact and will not be deleted, only that you will no longer be able to receive updates or add new features.
