HOW I WORK
I run a software consultancy and have delivered 50+ projects for 45+ clients since 2020, so I will push back if a feature is going to cost you three weeks and earn you nothing. I would rather cut two features than deliver five half-built ones, and I will tell you which two before we start.

Do I own the project when we finish?
Yes. You get the FlutterFlow project and any custom code. Nothing is locked to my account.
Can you publish it to the App Store and Google Play?
I prepare the builds and walk you through submission, included in Premium. The developer accounts have to be yours, in your name, and Apple charges a yearly fee.
Will it work offline?
Partially, depending on the feature. Tell me which parts must work with no connection and I will tell you what is realistic. It is the single biggest factor in the estimate.
