No. You pay for my time and get a written plan you can use with anyone, including your own team. If you later want me to build it, I send a custom offer based on the plan.
Can we keep meeting every month?
Yes. The Advisory Month package works as an ongoing monthly advisor relationship: four calls, messages between calls, and a roadmap we update each quarter as your business changes.
What should I prepare?
A list of the software you use, the reports you look at each week, and your top 3 frustrations with them. Screenshots help. No technical knowledge needed.
What does a fractional data advisor actually do?
I act as your part-time head of data: I set the reporting strategy, pick the tools, review what your team or freelancers build, and make sure the numbers answer the questions that grow the business.

Is my data safe? Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. I sign an NDA on request, work inside your own accounts with only the access needed, and do not keep copies of your data after delivery.
Who owns the work when we're done?
You do. Everything is built in your own accounts and handed over with documentation and admin access, so you are never locked in to me.
Can I start small and grow later?
Yes. Most clients start with one small step, see results, then add the next piece. Nothing is wasted because each step builds on the last.
