Excel inspection sheets, Google Forms, your ERP or MES, a SQL database, or a QMS export. If you record it, I can chart it.
Do you apply real SPC rules?
Yes. Control limits are calculated from your process data, and I flag Western Electric rule violations, not just points outside spec.
What happens after Version 1?
Most clients add production and maintenance dashboards next, then keep me on a monthly retainer so the system evolves with the plant. You decide the pace.
