- Fix broken MLS/RETS feed sync so new listings stop disappearing
- Houzez, WP Residence, Real Homes, and Realtyna theme fixes

- Property-match chat that qualifies buyers before they reach your inbox
- CRM sync with Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or BoomTown
- Duplicate and orphaned listing cleanup after a broken MLS disconnect
- Property search filter fixes and mobile responsiveness repair
- IDX branding and layout consistency across listing pages

FAQ
Can you convert my iframe IDX listings to native, SEO-indexable pages?
Yes. I convert iframe-embedded IDX listings into native WordPress posts that Google can actually crawl and index, fully styled to match your site, not a generic bolted-on widget. Tell me your IDX provider and theme, and I will confirm the full native conversion scope before you order.
My MLS feed stopped updating with new listings — can you fix that?
Yes. A silently broken MLS or RETS feed usually stops pulling new listings with no visible error shown on the site. I'll diagnose that connection, resync it, and clean up orphaned listings left behind. Share your MLS provider and when listings last updated, and I will confirm the fix.
Can you replace my contact form with an AI chatbot that qualifies leads?
Yes. I add an AI chatbot that replaces your static contact form, answers property questions instantly, and qualifies buyers by budget and area before the lead ever reaches your inbox. Tell me the CRM you use so I can wire the handoff, and I'll confirm that full setup before you order.
Do you work with Houzez, WP Residence, Real Homes, or Realtyna specifically?
Yes. I work directly in Houzez, WP Residence, Real Homes, and Realtyna, fixing theme conflicts, Elementor crashes, and plugin updates that broke your listing pages. Tell me your theme and plugin versions now, and I'll confirm the full fix scope and the exact timeline before you order.
Can the chatbot sync leads to my CRM automatically?
Yes. I connect your new chatbot and lead forms to Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or BoomTown so leads sync automatically instead of sitting in an inbox someone checks manually. Tell me the CRM you use and how leads currently reach you, and I'll confirm that full integration before you order.
Can you also fix slow page load speed on my listing pages?
Yes. I audit page speed, image sizes, and plugin bloat on listing-heavy pages, since MLS feeds often load hundreds of images without compression. I also add schema markup so listings show up richer in search. Share your site URL, and I'll confirm the full audit scope before you order.
