Working with Idealdesigner was truly disappointing. The design lacked any brand alignment, had poor visual appeal, and failed to meet even basic expectations. Delayed responses, a lack of understanding, and an unreasonably long delivery time made the process frustrating and unprofessional—easily one of the worst experiences I've had.
