Yes. If you don't have one I'll walk you through setup; it takes about a day for Meta to approve.
What does WhatsApp charge?
Meta charges per conversation; usually a few cents each. I'll give you the number for your region before we start.
Can it hand off to a real person?
Yes, Standard and above. It alerts your team on Slack, email, or WhatsApp itself.
