1. What files do I need to provide to get started?
You can share AutoCAD (.dwg), SketchUp (.skp), Revit (.rvt), a PDF floor plan, or even a hand-drawn sketch with measurements. Reference photos of the style you like are always helpful. If you're not sure what you have, just message me — we'll figure it out together.
2. I have no files, just an idea. Can you still help me
Yes. If you have a rough sketch, measurements, or even just a description of your vision, I can work from that. For complex designs from scratch, I recommend messaging me first so we can discuss scope and timeline.
3. What software do you use for rendering?
I work primarily with Skp + D5 and Lumion for high-quality photorealistic results. I can also work with SketchUp models. The output is always software-agnostic — you receive finished render images, not raw 3D files.
5. Will I see a preview before the final delivery?
Yes. For Standard and Premium packages, I include a WIP (work-in-progress) draft review. This means you see a draft render at around 70% completion so we can align on lighting, camera angle, and overall look before the final version.
