WHAT YOU GET
BASIC 30s - you provide the script or a written procedure, plus screenshots. I produce: editing, titles, pacing, music.
STANDARD 60s - you provide the procedure, I write and structure the script. Voice over, subtitles, your brand guidelines. This is what most people need.
PREMIUM 2min - I write the full script, you approve the breakdown before I produce, and you get chapters, subtitle files and a 30-minute scoping call.

I can't give you access to our software. Is that a problem?
No. Screenshots or a raw screen recording are enough. So is a written procedure.
Do you write the script?
On Standard and Premium, yes, and you approve it before production starts. On Basic you provide it - that's what makes Basic cheaper.
Can you match our brand guidelines?
Yes, from Standard upward: logo, colours, typography.
We need 5 or 10 videos. Does that fit in Premium?
No. Series are quoted separately. From 3 videos onward, message me for a custom offer — the per-video price decreases once the style, voice and templates are established.
Can you deliver a SCORM module for our LMS?
No. I produce the video; your LMS team integrates it. I'll deliver in whatever format they need.
Several languages?
One is included. Additional languages are an extra, voice and subtitles together.
What counts as a revision?
Wording, pacing, titles, the order of steps - adjustments inside the script and direction you approved. A rewritten script, a new flow, extra length or an extra language is a new order. Basic includes no revision, because on Basic you supply the script and the scope is fixed.
Will our product appear in your portfolio?
Only with your written permission. Say no and it never does.
