By day I am a lead back-end developer on Symfony applications, and I run my own self-hosted n8n instance in production every day. The workflows I sell are not templates I found on YouTube. They are the ones I already trust with my own business.
What I do:
- Connect your tools so data stops being copied by hand: CRM, spreadsheets, email, Slack, forms, databases, any REST API
- Add AI steps where they actually earn their place: sorting, summarising, drafting, extracting
- Handle the boring part properly: retries, error paths, and an alert when something breaks
- Deploy on your own n8n instance, cloud or self-hosted, and hand you the workflow JSON so it stays yours

Do I need my own n8n instance?
Yes, and that is deliberate. You keep ownership of your automations and you pay me nothing on top every month. If you do not have one yet, tell me and I will point you to the fastest way to get one, cloud or self-hosted, in a few minutes.
Do you host the automation for me?
No. Everything runs on your own instance and your credentials stay yours. It keeps you independent, it keeps your costs transparent, and you are never locked in to me.
What if the workflow breaks in three months?
Every workflow I deliver has error handling and an alert, so you find out before your customers do. If an API you depend on changes and you would rather not deal with it, I also offer a monthly maintenance package.
Which apps can the workflow connect to?
Anything with an API. In practice: Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Stripe, HubSpot, WordPress, PostgreSQL and MySQL. If your tool has no n8n node, I connect it through its REST API. Tell me your stack and I will confirm before you order.
Can you set up OpenClaw or Hermes Agent?
Yes. I install and configure OpenClaw or Hermes Agent on your server, connected to your tools. I run Hermes Agent in my own stack. Not sure which one fits? Tell me what you want to automate and I will tell you which is the better choice, and why.
