What will the bug report contain?
The report will contain the bug title, severity, environment, reproduction steps, expected result, actual result, screenshots, and videos where applicable
Do you fix the identified bugs?
No. This gig covers testing, defect identification, documentation, and retesting. Development and bug fixing are not included
Do you test mobile applications?
This gig primarily covers websites and web applications. Mobile application testing is not included unless agreed upon before ordering.
Is responsive testing included?
Basic responsive checking may be included according to the selected package. Testing on additional resolutions or devices can be added separately.
Do you test payment functionality?
Yes, when a safe test environment, sandbox account, and test payment information are provided. I will not use real personal payment details.
Is retesting included?
Retesting is included only in packages where it is specifically mentioned or when purchased as an extra.
