How fast can you start?
Usually the same day. Message me before ordering with the URL and a screenshot and I will confirm the turnaround before you spend anything.
What if my bug turns out to be bigger than one fix?
I tell you before you order, or before I start work if it only becomes clear later. You get an honest scope and either a bigger package or a custom offer - never a half-finished job and a request for more money.
Will you work directly on my live theme?
No. I duplicate your theme, fix it there, and send you a preview link. Nothing goes live until you have seen it and said yes.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No, never. Send a collaborator request code or add a staff account with theme permissions. Both are revocable in one click and neither exposes your login.
Can you fix a third-party app or a paid theme?
Usually yes, on the theme side. If the fix genuinely belongs inside the app or the theme vendor's code, I will tell you that instead of layering a hack on top - and I will show you what to send them.
