Anyone can copy numbers out of a PDF. The question is whether they're right.
I extract your invoices, receipts or statements into one Excel workbook and then I check the arithmetic:
Every line recomputed from quantity x unit price and compared to the printed amount
All lines summed against the stated subtotal
Subtotal plus tax re-derived and compared to the total due
Ambiguous dates reported, not guessed 10/04 is flagged, not silently assumed
What you get back:
Summary how many documents, how many passed, totals by currency
One row per document: vendor, number, date, currency, subtotal, tax, total
Every line item, with a recalculated amount next to the printed one
A review sheet listing anything that didn't add up, and which file it came from
On my last batch of 8 invoices this caught two where the line items didn't match the stated total, by 118.40 and 246.90. Retyped by hand, those go straight into the accounts.
I'm a QA engineer by day verifying numbers against their source is my actual job.

My invoices are scanned, not digital. Can you still do it?
Scanned pages are images, so they need OCR, and OCR is never 100% accurate on amounts. I quote those separately after seeing a sample, and I tell you honestly what accuracy to expect. If the numbers matter more than the speed, I'll say so.
All my invoices come from different suppliers with different layouts.
That's normal and it's fine. Each new layout needs its field patterns added, which is why the price depends on the number of layouts rather than the number of pages. Send me one sample per supplier and I'll quote exactly.
These are confidential. How do you handle them?
Send blacked-out samples for the quote — I only need the layout. For the real batch, files stay on my machine, are never uploaded anywhere, and are deleted once you confirm the delivery is correct.
What happens if an invoice doesn't add up?
It goes into the review sheet with the file name, the problem, and both figures — what was printed and what it should be. I never silently correct a number on your supplier's document; that's your call to make, not mine.
I get a new batch every month. Can this repeat?
Yes. Order again each month, or take Premium, which includes the script and a guide so you can process the next batch yourself in a couple of minutes.
Which package should I choose?
Send me a sample PDF and tell me how many documents and how many different suppliers, and I'll tell you which package fits — or send a custom offer if none of them do. Layouts drive the price more than page count does.
What if you can't extract my documents?
Then you get a full refund. But it shouldn't come to that: I extract one of your PDFs for free before you order, so we both know it works before any money changes hands.
