What do you need to start the project?
Plans, drawings or sketches of the building and site (PDF, DWG, JPG), photos of the location if available, and reference images of the style you like. If you only have an idea, send it and we will discuss it.
Can you work from just a sketch or an idea?
Yes. A hand sketch with approximate dimensions is enough to start. For accurate scale and realistic results, the more details you provide (sizes, materials, plants), the better the final render.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2, Premium 3. Revisions cover changes to materials, plants, lighting and small details. Changes to the building layout after modeling has started may require an extra fee.
Do you offer day and evening renders?
Yes. Daytime lighting is standard. Evening or night renders with lighting are included in the Premium package or can be added as an extra.
